About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our nursing home team in Saltburn-by-the-Sea. This is a full-time night role, providing the opportunity to deliver high-quality care and clinical support to residents in a safe and supportive environment.
As a Night Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of residents throughout the night, while maintaining the highest standards of professional nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care during night shifts.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records in line with policies.
  • Support with care planning, assessments, and ongoing reviews.
  • Lead and supervise care staff, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
  • Respond to residents’ needs promptly, with compassion and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards, health and safety, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Previous experience within a nursing home or similar care environment.
  • Strong clinical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and support care staff on shift.
  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent care.
