REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years management experience
  • Desirable 2 years night shift experience
  • Desirable first aid training
  • Must have full drivers licence and a vehicle
  • Must be physically fit
  • Comfortable working both alone and in a team
  • Travelling through Central London alone throughout the night
  • Basic computer skills (excel, apps, ipad, google drive)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
Responsibilities

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an experienced and confident manager to fulfil the role of Night Ops Manager. The purpose of this role is to take ownership over the success and smooth operation of our Night Teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for two teams of people; Dedicated Services & Logistics
  • Review and conduct thorough handover between day and night teams
  • Scrum with Dedicated Staff and delegate tasks
  • Problem solving
  • Training new personnel along with supervisor and covering shifts as needed
  • Regularly working alongside members of the team to ensure the standards are being met
  • Utilising Monday.com for all relevant internal communication including reporting any error, requests for adjustments to BrightHR, Dedicated Services and Logistics, monitoring OOS items and substitutions and communicating with Warehouse
  • First POC for general enquiries from the team during the night
  • Providing sick and holiday cover
  • Placing orders on our internal system
  • Restocking and maintaining all consumable items, ensuring items are fresh and replenished at all times
  • Ensuring all confectionery and fresh fruit are displayed as per the clients requirement
  • Maintain cleanliness across all work areas, kitchens, fridges, coffee machines etc
  • Supporting other internal team members
  • 1-on-1 meetings with team
  • Quality control for clients and audits on offices stock and kitchen
  • Build and issue rota for night drivers and Dedicated Services
  • Administration over all BrightHR on team, including clocks in and review
  • Performance and Probation Reviews
  • End of shift report
