• What You’ll Do:

You’ll report to the Night Operations Shift Manager and lead the floor operations for our night crew. From scheduling and performance coaching to overseeing safe and efficient order fulfillment, you’ll play a key role in driving warehouse productivity and team success.

• Prepare & manage weekly work schedules to minimize overtime
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate order selectors & forklift operators
• Track productivity and conduct performance check-ins
• Ensure orders are accurate, safe, and within DOT regulations
• Oversee training, safety culture, and operational SOP compliance
• Approve payroll and maintain accurate HR documentation
• What You’ll Need:
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations & team supervision
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Basic computer skills & familiarity with warehouse tech systems
• Understanding of OSHA, HACCP, inventory control, and safety standards
