Job Description We are seeking a reliable and proactive Night Porter to join our team on a casual basis. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This role involves assisting guests, maintaining security, handling late check-ins and early departures, and supporting the night audit process. Key Responsibilities Welcoming guests with a friendly and professional attitude Carrying luggage and assisting with valet parking for guest vehicles Escorting guests to their rooms and explaining hotel facilities Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation standards of the hotel entrance Delivering amenities and other items to guest rooms Providing tourism information, including dining and entertainment recommendations Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program Ensuring the highest levels of guest service, with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster, including overnight shifts Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment Ability to lift heavy luggage and provide assistance as needed Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively A responsible service of alcohol (RSA) certification Ability to work unsupervised and respond promptly to guest needs Experience with upselling and guest interaction is advantageous This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute Additional Information What’s in it for you: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor properties worldwide.
