Job Description As a Night Porter, you will... Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins You’ll ensure guest and business safety, and security is top priority at all times In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay. Set up & prepare for functions and meetings in our 2 function rooms. Set up resident breakfast room. Clean guest area front of house to ensure the first guests to come down for breakfast are met with sparkling facilities. A typical shift starts at 11.15pm and finishes at 6.15am. What you’ll bring… Willingness to learn and expand your skills Have a great eye for detail, making sure every function is set up to perfection Ability to work on your own as this role is mostly lone working while the guests sleep.
