Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins You’ll ensure guest and business safety, and security is top priority at all times In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
