NIGHT PORTER

We are looking for a night porter to add to our Team.

KEY SKILLS/JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a similar role, in a hospitality setting preferable but not essential
• Proficient and confident in H&S and Fire procedures.
• Please note- due to insurance purposes you must be aged 25 or over to apply for this role.

• Ensure the building is secure for guests throughout the night
• Ensure that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift
• Resolve issues as they arise and providing feedback to teams
• Deal with any guest enquiries efficiently and effectively
• Maintain good awareness of all hotel areas
• Oversee the security of the building
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed throughout the hotel when on duty.
• General cleaning of hotel areas
• Event/Meeting room set ups
• Breakfast set up
• Late guest check in when applicable
• Completion of necessary paperwork/reports
• Answering calls.
