We are a 4* privately owned Hotel on the outskirts of Swindon with 108 bedrooms, 3 Bars, 2 Restaurants, extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities, Leisure Club & Secrets Beauty Salon.
We are a busy venue with corporate delegates, leisure guests, celebrations events, Christmas Parties, Weddings and much more. We are currently looking for a Night Porter/Night Auditor to join our team. (2 Nights Reception Night Audit & 2 Nights Porter)
You will be required to work 4 nights a week, Wednesday to Saturday 11pm - 7am with flexibility to pick up a 5th night on occasions inline with business needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• To have excellent customer service skills
• Complete night audit in an accurate and timely manner
• Deal with any Guest queries efficiently
• Provide an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out
• Ensure that the night porter checklist is complete
• Always demonstrate a high level of customer service
• Ensure up to date knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, and other general product knowledge necessary to perform duties
• To ensure cleanliness of public areas are kept to a high standard
• To be responsible for the security of Hotel and guests overnight, ensuring safety of staff and guests at all times.
• Implement and maintain the Company standards of Fire safety, hygiene, health and safety at all times and take any necessary action.
• The ability to work, understand and adhere to four star standards
• The ability to work alone
• Good communication skills
• Clearing and re setting Conference Rooms/Wedding Receptions/Banquets
• Must be able to move furniture when clearing and re-setting rooms.
• Cleaning duties
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
