Overview:
We are currently seeking a Night Porters to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas. Monday -Friday NO WEEKENDS!! Estamos buscando Porter para turno de la noche para ser parte de nuestro equipo. Trabajo de Lunes a Viernes con fin de semanas libres.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
-Clean common areas as kitchen, lobby, and meeting rooms
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal area
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- EXPERIENCE in commercial cleaning, custodial services, or facilities maintenance
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and techniques
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Proficiency in floor care procedures such as buffing and maintaining various floor types
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff and visitors effectively
-Must speak English.
