Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day. Are an autonomous and passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services. Undertake PMS end of day procedures and hotel safety checks to make sure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after. You should be confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Previous night porter experience or hotel host experience (desirable) Customer service experience and working with the public(desirable) Ability to work alone throughout the night Ability to work well under pressure Ability to use your initiative and to follow written / verbal instructions Knowledge of food safety & hygiene Knowledge of general health & safety procedures Additional Information One more thing… By working at the Mercure White Hart Salisbury you will be part of the Accor network, worldwide hospitality leader.
