We are now seeking a dependable Night Porter to join our team and ensure the smooth running of the property during night hours.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a porter, hotel, or cleaning role is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to work independently, with good initiative and attention to detail.
• Strong focus on maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Flexibility with working hours.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Night Porter, you will be responsible for the overnight security, cleanliness, and preparation of the hotel. You will support guest needs, ensure high standards are maintained across the premises, and prepare the property for the following day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the hotel premises overnight, ensuring safety and security.
• Carry out cleaning of the hotel’s public areas, bar, and restaurant during the night.
• Assist guests with late check-ins, early check-outs, or queries as needed.
• Prepare dining areas, and common spaces for the next day.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any issues promptly.
• Monitor fire safety and security systems.
• Ensure all areas meet hygiene and cleanliness standards before morning service.
