• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their luggage and other needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and functions as required.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Provide information about the hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to guests.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
