We are looking for a Night Porter to join our team. The hotel offers a peaceful and tranquil setting in the Hertfordshire countryside. The hotel boasts 49 bedrooms all comfortable and contemporary styled. We offer conference and banqueting facilities.
Your key responsibilities as a Night Porter are to welcome the guests; ensure their luggage is delivered correctly; answering general guest queries; assisting with any requests and preparation of food and drinks.

What are we looking for in a Night Porter?

• Good knowledge of local area and key attractions
• Previous experience in a customer facing role and excellent communication skills
• A warm smile and a positive attitude
• A clean UK and/or European driver’s license (desired but not essential)
