• Evening/night shifts (exact start time flexible)
• Part-time or full-time, year-round
• Responsibilities include:
• Prepping ingredients and mise en place for the following day’s service
• Following recipes and portioning accurately
• Labeling and organizing storage
• Keeping a clean, safe, and efficient prep area
• Supporting the kitchen team to maintain high standards
