JOB INTRODUCTION

Our Supported Accommodation service for young people is looking for a Night Project Worker to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team. This role will be worked on a ‘three on, three off’ rolling shift rota with shifts worked from 8pm to 8am.
Working for our Group Living Service is extremely rewarding. You will have the chance to positively impact the lives of the young people we support and give them the best opportunity to succeed in the future. We have a diverse and experienced team at GLS, who will welcome and support you when you start. We offer sector leading training to ensure you are set up for success. This is a great opportunity to start or develop your career in social care.
We are looking for someone who is empathetic and wants to build good, positive working relationships with the young people we support. We need someone who is resilient and emotionally mature and will be pro-active and imaginative in how they engage with the young people, and how they will provide support.
Please note that this role requires a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle which can be insured for business use. Due to the nature of this service, the successful candidate must be age 21 or over.
If this sounds like you, please send in your application!
