AG Hotels Group is seeking a dedicated and customer focused individual to join our team as a Night Receptionist at Milestone Hotel, Peterborough. As a night receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operations of the hotel during the night shift.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of PMS and basic computer skills is preferred
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and demeaner
• Willingness to cover shifts for sickness, holidays, and any other absences as needed.

• Greet and check-in guests arriving during the night shift
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide information about the hotel and local area
• Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
• Manage the check-out process and ensure accurate billing
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and the premises.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as updating guest records and making reservations
• Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle emergency situations and follow appropriate procedures
