NIGHT RECEPTIONIST

We are seeking a friendly and professional Night Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and possess exceptional communication skills.

• To be totally guest focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach;
• To gain experience in all sections of the front desk department and ensure company and legal requirements are maintained;
• Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments in setting up for the next day;
• To continuously improve the quality of the hotel’s services;
• To undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to make sure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after;
• To be confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognizing all guests, including those who require special attention;
• To promote the company values and behaviors at all times.
• The ideal person for this role will be enthusiastic about change, focused on details and trusting.
  Skill
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred
• Fluent in multiple languages is a plus
• Strong guest service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience of Opera Cloud PMS (advantageous)
