As a Night Receptionist cum Auditor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service during night shifts while ensuring accurate audit processes in line with IHG standards. A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Welcome and assist guests during night hours, ensuring a warm and professional arrival and departure experience. Carry out accurate night audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions. Prepare financial and operational reports in line with hotel standards. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently and courteously. Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards, safety, and security procedures. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations. What do we need from you? Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a Front Office or Night Audit role within a hotel environment Strong numerical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage) Ability to work independently and responsibly during night shifts Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (Opera knowledge is an advantage) Professional appearance with a strong guest-focused attitude At IHG, we’ve made a promise.
