Holiday Inn London West Hotel is a 4* Hotel in Acton, West London that has 225 beautiful Executive and Deluxe Rooms, 7 large Meeting Rooms, a Gym, Restaurant and Bar which an exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Receptionist to join our Front Office Team.
Reporting to the Nights Manager and Front Office Manager, the Nights Receptionist is responsible for:
· Checking in/out Guests
· Providing Excellent Guest Satisfaction Assisting with Group Bookings
· Answering all Guest queries
· Ensuring an efficient and effective operation in the Front Office Department.
· Plus other duties not listed.
· To ensure that all services to the guests as requested are carried out efficiently and on time and are properly recorded and charged
· To fully ensure that any discrepancies are resolved or reported
· To ensure the security of the Hotel to the standard set by the Hotel
· Checks billing instructions and guest credit for compliance with hotel credit policy and minimise room rebates.
· To ensure all guest requests are met promptly and efficiently
· To action/deal with any complaints/queries expressed by guests, informing the Front Office Manager and Duty Manager, asking for assistance when necessary.
