JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality? Hotel Football is looking for a warm, professional and reliable Night Receptionist to join our dynamic Front of House team. If you thrive on delivering exceptional service and love working as part of a close-knit team, we want to hear from you.
As a Night Receptionist, you’ll be the face of Hotel Football during the night, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of reception, administration, and guest relations during the overnight shift (11pm-7am), maintaining our high standards of service around the clock.

• Check-in and check-out guests professionally and efficiently, in line with company standards
• Ensure accurate billing and secure payment processes
• Complete all nightly administrative duties including banking, billing, floats and correspondence
• Meet individual and team targets set by the Front of House Manager
• Manage room key issuance and maintain security protocols
• Actively promote Hotel Football and Café Football services to guests
• Respond to guest queries or issues with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Work collaboratively with the Night Manager and wider hotel team to ensure a smooth overnight operation
