Maison Melu is looking for a Night Receptionist to ensure continuity of activity and ensure the smooth running of the establishment during nighttime hours.

Your tasks

Ensure an active presence and careful monitoring of the establishment during the night.
To guarantee the peace and comfort of our clients.
To welcome and assist customers during nighttime arrivals and departures.
Responding to customer requests with discretion, responsiveness and professionalism.
To intervene appropriately in any situation requiring care during the night.
Carry out the checks and rounds necessary for the smooth running of the service.
To ensure the receiving operations.
Pass on important information to the day shift team.

Desired profile

Experience in reception, hospitality, security or a similar role.
Fluent French and English required.
Strong sense of responsibility and vigilance.
Very good presentation and excellent sense of service.
Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
Ability to work independently.
Responsiveness and ability to take the right initiatives.
Punctuality and reliability.
Good communication with clients and teams.

Working conditions

Hours: Night work.
