We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of hospitality, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Experience in the hotel or guest services industry is highly desirable.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred, particularly within the hospitality sector.
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are an advantage to cater to our diverse clientele.
• Strong phone etiquette is essential for managing calls professionally.
• A background in guest services is beneficial for understanding customer needs and expectations.
