JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A background in hospitality or hotel experience is highly desirable.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of guests
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to create positive interactions with guests and colleagues
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
  • Proficient in using office equipment and computer systems for booking management and communication purposes
  • A friendly disposition with a passion for providing outstanding guest services
