As Night Receptionist, you will ensure a smooth, secure, and friendly service during the overnight hours. From handling late check-ins and early departures to providing assistance and ensuring guest comfort, you’ll be key in delivering a seamless experience around the clock.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in late-arriving guests
• Assist with guest queries, requests, and any incidents that occur overnight
• Prepare reports and support the night audit process
• Ensure the lobby and reception areas remain tidy and secure
• Liaise with all departments to maintain guest safety and comfort
• Handle, reservations, and early check-outs
• Respond to any operational needs with professionalism and calm
