Salary: £12.50-£13.50 per hour (DoE)
Hours: Average 35 per week (min 30 pw), usual pattern 22:00-08:00, 3 on, 3 off
Are you a night owl with a heart of gold? Our loving 2-bed EBD home is on the lookout for a Night Residential Support Worker who’s ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people.

• Health & Wellbeing: Promote the overall health and happiness of our young residents.
• Team Player: Collaborate with social workers, medical professionals, and our supportive team to achieve the best outcomes.
• Role Model: Be a positive influence, fostering the social and emotional development of the young people.
• Stay Compliant: Ensure our home meets Ofsted regulations and company policies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs and reports.
• Support: Assist with daily life activities, education, and leisure.
