OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers. This role requires the ability to handle inquiries efficiently, resolve issues, and contribute positively to the customer experience. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is an advantage (bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
