Job Details Level: Entry Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Not Specified Salary Range: $18.90 - $19.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: Up to 25% Job Shift: Graveyard Job Category: Manufacturing The work for this position takes place in production facilities. The production rooms are equipped with a refrigeration system that sustains the temperature at 35°-45° F. The room is also equipped with long tables used for processing meat products; machinery used to grind meat; warehouse machinery and conveyor belts to transport boxes. The room is well-lit and has a level concrete floor that can be wet. The production room is also equipped with a loading dock and heavy-duty rack shelving to house product. Description of Job Tasks: Remove all trash and debris from the production room Clean and sanitize all floors and gutters using best practices Complete breakdown of machinery Clean and sanitize (using hot water) equipment and walls using best practices Squeegee all floors, walls, and ceilings Clean and organize all chemicals and tools used in cleaning and sanitizing procedure Adhere to all safety protocols and GMPs Physical Requirements/Environment: Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials Requires prolonged standing during work hours Requires stooping, kneeling, bending and reaching Must work in noisy and crowded environments Must work in and around and odors Safety Clothing/Equipment: Must comply with company dress code Layered clothing is advised Company Provided: safety goggles, water-resistant boots, trouser, gloves, and coat Tools Used: Squeegee, Pressure Washer, Chemical Rinse Qualifications Qualifications for Job Availability to work long hours and weekends Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
