Description

We are looking for someone who possesses an SIA (door Supervisor) badge and who already has worked as a Hotel Porter and/or security in luxury 5* hotels within London.

The successful candidate will have knowledge to carry out the following duties which include but are not exclusive to:

  • Conducts regular security inspections.
  • Regular floor walks of the entire property
  • Checking of all access points (loading bay, staff/main entrance)
  • First point of contact for the guests and to welcome and assist guests arriving at the Hotel in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assisting guests with their luggage and rooming as required
  • To facilitate guests’ request for amenities throughout the shift as required
  • To assist guests with local knowledge (i.e., Restaurants, Bars, Parks & Other Facilities)
  • To be prepared to work flexibility and assist departments when required to ensure a smooth run of the operations
  • Undertake other duties as and when required according to request of the manager and in line with operational needs.
