JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to residents in a care home setting. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a senior care or similar role is essential.
  • Supervising experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and documentation.
  • A valid driving licence is desirable for transporting residents as needed.

Responsibilities
