Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Waking Night Care Assistants to join our team. As a Night Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to 6 individuals in need of care, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing/ undressing
- Help with Supper and breakfasts
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- complete communal area housekeeping tasks
- Administer medication After training
- Monitor and report any changes in client’s condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
- Challenging behavior training is preferred
- PBS training is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 37.5 per week
