JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care homes or home care settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is desirable but not essential.
• Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping and communication is advantageous.
• A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients as needed.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English is essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is important for delivering personalised care.
