NIGHT CARE ASSISTANT – TOWY CASTLE CARE HOME

Location: Carmarthen
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Shifts: 22:00 – 08:00 | 3 nights on, 3 nights off (includes weekends & bank holidays)

YOUR ROLE

As a Night Care Assistant, you’ll be a reassuring presence throughout the night, ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and comfortable.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Assisting with personal care and bedtime routines
• Offering reassurance and companionship overnight
• Monitoring wellbeing and responding to residents’ needs
• Supporting early morning routines before handover
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and calm environment
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure continuity of care
