JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality support to individuals in a care home or home care setting, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of care plans, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A valid driving licence is preferred for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective interaction with residents and team members.
  • Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication are necessary.
  • A valid driving licence is an advantage for facilitating transport needs of residents when required.
  • A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is essential for success in this role.
