Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable CNA / Personal Caregiver to provide dedicated, one-on-one care to a single client during night hours. This position focuses on ensuring the client’s safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the night, rather than performing tasks across a unit or multiple clients. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance as needed, including hygiene, toileting, dressing, and mobility support. Monitor the client throughout the night, ensuring safety and responding promptly to needs or emergencies. Document care provided, observations, and any incidents accurately and promptly. Maintain a calm, patient, and professional demeanor, focusing on the client’s comfort and needs. Follow all agency policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements. Qualifications: Current CNA certification or equivalent healthcare experience. General CNA experience preferred, but 1:1 experience is not required. Ability to work independently during night hours. Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented. Work Environment: Night shift One-on-one client care Minimal running between tasks; focus is entirely on the assigned client
