We are looking for an entry level food, cooking and preparation customer service team member. The ideal candidate is a one who is looking to learn how to work hard to create a better life for themselves. One who will join the team to train and learn our systems. Pay will increase dependent upon individual contributions and performance. On-site parking for customers and employees in the garage of the building.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for set-up, food preparation, organization, sanitation, and production of food and beverage orders, as well as closing and storage for individual workstation and general kitchen area.
  • Following sanitation standards including washing cookware and utensils throughout the day.
  • Cleaning equipment, as assigned, thoroughly and in a timely fashion according to sanitation guidelines.
  • Supervising day-to-day operations of customer service aspects of the business.
  • Responding to customer service needs in a timely manner.
  • Managing effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Managing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  • Assessing service statistics and presenting your findings.
  • Training team on customer service standards and policies.
  • Following recipes accurately and maintaining food preparation processes such as cooking, marinating, seasoning, and grilling meats; chopping herbs; dicing, cutting, and slicing vegetables.
  • Completing hot and cold food preparation assignment accurately, neatly, and in a timely fashion.
  • Preparing food throughout the day as needed, anticipating and reacting to customer volume.
  • Maintaining appropriate portion control and consistently monitoring food levels on the line.
  • Maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing and cooking food.
  • Consistently and accurately using prep sheets, operational tools, cleanliness list, and station checklists.
