JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to effectively engage with customers. This role involves providing exceptional service, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.
Working hours- Monday- Thursday 9pm-6am
Training will be provided.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with data entry processes and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
