QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills for report writing and email communication.

    Pay: €13.50 per hour
    Expected hours: 72 – 85 per week

Responsibilities

DELIVERY AND ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:

  • Deliver milk and newspapers to required floors.
  • Carry out check calls.
  • Complete and email an end-of-duty shift report.
  • Maintain detailed logs of patrols and security checks.
  • Patrols and Inspections:
  • Conduct regular patrols, checking toilets, car park, and general areas.
  • Light re-stock of toilets during the night (no cleaning duties).
  • Emergency Preparedness:
  • Assist in evacuations or emergency procedures as needed.
  • Maintain a log of incidents or irregular activities during the shift.
  • Facility Management:
  • Report any maintenance issues or hazards observed during patrols.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff for urgent repairs if necessary.
  • Communication:
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with day shift staff for a smooth handover.
  • Update and maintain a contact list for emergency services and building management.
