Position: Shipping Associate – 4x10 Workweek Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and package finished goods for shipment according to company and customer requirements. • Verify order accuracy, including quantities, part numbers, and shipping information. • Load and unload trucks using appropriate material handling equipment. • Operate pallet jacks and other equipment to move materials safely and efficiently. • Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure timely shipments. • Ensure all shipments meet quality standards before leaving the facility. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Previous shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required. • Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software/systems. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability. Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift). • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials up to 50 lbs. • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead as needed. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Compensation & Benefits: • Hourly rate starting at $17.75/hour • Additional $2/hour shift differential • Additional $1/hour attendance bonus (inquire for details) • Quarterly performance bonus eligibility • Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, & 401k (immediate eligibility) • Two weeks paid vacation, accrued at 10 hours every 30 days (additional week earned after 2 years of service)

Responsibilities

The Shipping Associate is responsible for preparing and packaging finished goods while ensuring order accuracy and timely shipments. They must also operate material handling equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
