We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to support our operations and help ensure accurate, on-time delivery of our products to customers. Position: Shipping Associate – 4x10 Workweek Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and package finished goods for shipment according to company and customer requirements. • Verify order accuracy, including quantities, part numbers, and shipping information. • Load and unload trucks using appropriate material handling equipment. • Operate pallet jacks and other equipment to move materials safely and efficiently. • Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure timely shipments. • Ensure all shipments meet quality standards before leaving the facility. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Previous shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required. • Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software/systems. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability. Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift). • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials up to 50 lbs. • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead as needed. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Compensation & Benefits: • Hourly rate starting at $17.75/hour • Additional $2/hour shift differential • Additional $1/hour attendance bonus (inquire for details) • Quarterly performance bonus eligibility • Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, & 401k (immediate eligibility) • Two weeks paid vacation, accrued at 10 hours every 30 days (additional week earned after 2 years of service)

Responsibilities

Prepare and package finished goods for shipment while verifying order accuracy and quality standards. Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment and maintain a safe, organized work area.
