Location: Galway Depot | Shift: Night Shift (Full-Time)
Pat the Baker and Irish Pride, two of Ireland’s most trusted and respected bakery brands, are seeking a proactive and experienced Night Shift Manager to oversee our Galway distribution depot’s night operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the accurate, efficient, and timely dispatch of all customer orders across Galway and surrounding areas.
You’ll lead a busy night shift team, manage order control, oversee vehicle loading, and ensure our high standards of service, product care, and delivery schedules are consistently met.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven leadership experience in a distribution, logistics, or depot management role — ideally within FMCG, foodservice, or a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Strong operational and organisational skills with an excellent eye for detail.
• Experience managing vehicle loading, order control, and dispatch processes.
• Excellent people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and make decisions in a dynamic, night-time operational setting.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of health & safety and food safety standards is essential
