Graphic PLC has been established in Crediton since 1968, with global manufacturing subsidiaries in the USA, Italy and China. We manufacture high performance printed circuit boards (PCB) in low to medium volumes for blue chip companies worldwide. The main markets are defence, aerospace, security and communications.
Graphic has a great opportunity for someone to join our Production Department in Crediton, Devon as a Production Operator. You will be working in a well-established manufacturing facility.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain throughput of product to meet delivery requirements
  • Use of documentation control systems – paper and electronic
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective individual performance.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
  • Maintain product quality and manage quality systems

Skills and qualities:

  • A good attention to detail
  • Collaborative team worker, who is also willing to carry out tasks independently where required
  • Ideally have some experience in working nights but this is not essential

Full training will be provided.
This is a night shift role with 12 hours shifts, Monday to Thursday (6pm to 6am). There is some flexibility for the start and finish times in order to accommodate the right candidates.
The starting annual salary is £26,249.60 whilst carrying out the required training on the day shift. Once you have transitioned onto nights and your salary will increase to the basic salary of £27,518.40 (with an additional £3,120 per annum night shift allowance and £5,502.30 per annum for compulsory overtime).
