Job Title: Night Shift Safety Supervisor Level: Hourly Department: Safety Reports to: Safety Superintendent  ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES • Flexibility to work any and on weekends as needed • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to take initiative, adapt, and achieve results with minimal supervision • Must have the ability to complete thorough incident investigations • Must be able to maintain composure during stressful/emergency situations • Must be able to carry out multiple assignments concurrently • Strong organizational skills • Ability to write, read, and interpret documents such as written safety programs, operating and procedure manuals. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • Must be proficient in Microsoft office • Must be coachable and have the professional ability to coach others • Must be able to handle and manage confidential information • Prior performance evaluations scores should meet or exceed expectations • 1-3 Years of leadership experience DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Prior experience in health and safety programs and compliance • Manufacturing and general industry experience • Public speaking experience
