Duties:
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security and prevent unauthorized access.
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
- Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
- Investigate and report any suspicious behavior or incidents.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong observation skills with the ability to identify potential security risks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
- Basic computer skills for report writing and incident documentation.
