Overview Join Sunday River's transportation team and help transport guests and Team Members throughout the resort in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and enjoy interacting with guests and answering any and all questions they may have about the resort. Patience, friendliness, and efficiency are what it takes to succeed in this position. Shifts are Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday evenings from 2-11. Responsibilities Transport guests and Team Members around the resort via a specified route in either a passenger van, bus, or trolley. Transport Team Members residing in staff housing on weekly trips to the grocery store and into town. Responsible for accurate and complete vehicle safety operation checklist. The driver is responsible for safety checks and preparation of the vehicle. Ensure safe operation of the vehicle, as well as safe transport of passengers and equipment with a strong emphasis on guest service. Maintain a clean vehicle at all times. Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by the Transportation Manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior guest service experience is preferred, but not required Ability to work early mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Wages range from $17 to $20 per hour Team Member Perks include: Free Ski Pass and access to other Boyne Resorts Resort discounts on dining, retail, lodging, and spa Eligibility for affordable team member housing
