About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Supervisor to oversee operations during the night shift at ABM UK. In this role, you will ensure that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards. You will lead a team, manage workloads, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Your role will be essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for our clients and their patrons. Key Responsibilities: Supervising the night shift team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality cleanliness standards Conducting regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Training and mentoring staff, ensuring that they understand their responsibilities and adhere to company policies Managing the allocation of resources and equipment for night shift operations Reporting any incidents, issues, or maintenance requirements to appropriate management Maintaining accurate records of staffing levels, attendance, and cleaning schedules Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively A solid understanding of health and safety regulations Flexibility to work night shifts and varying schedules Proven experience in a supervisory role, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, understanding of health and safety regulations, flexibility to work night shifts.
