WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who comes from a similar logistics environment. You will have demonstrable experience leading, managing and motivating a team and will ideally come with some knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be reliable and punctual and have a flexible approach to work. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills will be key as there will be regular interaction with the customer.

YOUR ROLE

Our operation in Doncaster is looking for a focused and meticulous Warehouse Shift Supervisor, where you will ensure the safe and efficient running of operations to meet and exceed customer expectations.
This role will see you working Sunday to Thursday, 22:00-06:00.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Shift Manager, you will take responsibility for leading and motivating a team of Team Leaders and warehouse colleagues, ensuring that work is allocated fairly and effectively to meet all operational requirements.
You will play a key role in planning ahead, ensuring there is sufficient cover across holidays, sickness, and absences, while also monitoring attendance, punctuality, and absenteeism. You will actively contribute to your colleagues’ training and development, fostering their growth and success.
You will build excellent working relationships with both clients and internal customers and focus on ensuring customer requirements are consistently fulfilled to the highest possible standard. You will uphold high housekeeping standards, promote continuous improvement within the warehouse, and ensure that all health and safety rules and procedures are adhered to.
