Description We are looking for a Night Shift Supervisor who will lead our Maintenance/Container Shop by managing personnel, productivity, safety, and budget performance. This role ensures full compliance with environmental regulations, safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and company policies, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Lead daily maintenance operations and drive performance, safety, and environmental compliance Coach, train, and develop maintenance teams Manage scheduling, preventative maintenance, and spare parts inventory Investigate incidents and implement root-cause improvements Partner with Plant Managers to set goals and improve processes Oversee contractors and support capital improvement projects Ensure strong cost control and support budgeting decisions Requirements What You Bring! 10+ years maintenance leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of safety, environmental standards, and equipment management Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive corrective actions Solid budgeting, planning, and reporting skills Tech-savvy with maintenance systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools Able to respond to on-site emergencies when needed Why Join Us?
