We are looking for a Night Shift Supervisor to come and join the Belfast Evri family that share our passion and drive to delight our customers.
Are you ready to be part of a brand-new site from day one who can help to shape the culture and success of the depot?
Joining our Depot Management Team you will be working alongside the Night Shift Manager supporting the Depot, your working week will be any 5 days over 7 typically starting around 21:00

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Strong operational knowledge and supervisory experience
• Great communication and leadership skills
• Confidence with data, reports, and performance metrics
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the go
• PC literate (Excel, email, systems)
• IOSH (desirable but not essential)
• Experience in a transport or warehouse environment is a big plus
