This role is about more than supervision—it’s about building a strong, united team across day and night shifts to deliver something extraordinary.

• Lead the Night Shift fabrication team with safety, quality, and schedule as non-negotiables.
• Work closely with Execution and Quality leads to ensure proactive planning and success.
• Drive collaboration and effective handover with the Day Shift team.
• Build a positive culture of accountability, respect, and communication.
