REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Experience in bartending or food preparation is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
  • A background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus but not mandatory.
